At this meeting, hosted by Pranas Milius, President of BASTIC, Baltic Association of Science & Technology parks and Innovation Centers, and Monica Alimiene, Kaunas Regional Innovation Center, SPICE Group members and friends from 8 countries attended and continued the process of creating "national triangles" for the SPICE Art Ball 2006.
